Crikey! This came as a bolt out of the blue. Certainly cheered up my
Wednesday night!!
I've only just unzipped and started it in the last couple of minutes,
but yeah... I was flying... over Midnight - Wow!
So what won't it do yet then?
Nice one

Subject: Tactical questions about Chris Wild's Midnight Engine
If one could combine it (Midnight Engine) with the Midnight Flyer and its cool features
(Valhalla & Hel, altitude view, summary of assembled army at a
certain location (it's a bit tedious to add all those riders and
warriors together in your head)) it would be awesome.

Re Midnight Flyer- not sure I'm playing the most up to date game as
I couldn't save. But holy mary, it's a bit tricky! I tried the *keep
of blood* strategy and got righteously hammered by DD.
After seeing it wasn't on, the majority of my forces fell back to
Xajorkith. I had just over 9000 troops at the capital- they were
polished off swiftly. Same at Ithrorn.
I thought I might steal a quest victory just to save face- but no
Ice Crown at the Tower of Doom!
Could anyone tell me which is the most up to date version of MF?
The battle algorithms have changed, I reckon?
Nice, though. Best game I've played in ages. The heroic defence
against all odds sits well with what my beloved Scotland have to do
against Germany in 14hrs:
a draw- nice! the best we can hope for...

Jaz,
The mountains look fantastic in their 3-d rendering! Can't wait for the
new download...

Agree 100% :)
Is the plan to make all objects 3D over time?
And thanks for putting back the "Fly" option, that was my favourite
feature :D

Yes it works, and how! Excellent as ever, I love "flying" over midnight :)
Not checked all the options yet (like fighting etc), but movement
seems good. Will report back if I find any bugs.
Nice one Jaz :D

I have to admit that that is the first time I've ever been able to fly
around Midnight! Very Fun! *smile*

Oh, sorry, nodded off there it was so quiet!
Thought in this apparent not a lot going on time, I'd pitch a few
questions:
Jaz: Midnight Flyer had some great screen shots, anything extra?
Time for bed said Zebadee!
Cheers,
Kevin
